The room I stayed in had a terrible smell of mildew, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there were extremely large gaps in the door, allowing bugs to get in, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The breakfast options lacked variety, and it was disappointing not to have fresh fruit served at a cooler temperature.

The unconditioned bathroom let in mosquitoes. Also, the staff's inconsistent service during breakfast caused some frustration. It would have been nice to receive a clear message about extra charges.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend adventure in Tulum with very good value for money. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast options available each morning, which made for a great start to the day. Bring your own towels for the pool since only one was provided for two people.

I had a lovely stay with a beautiful pool and a private wading pool on my patio, which added a nice touch. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. However, the service could improve. we often had to wait for our breakfast, and there was some confusion about bed and bathroom upkeep during our stay.
